Giving Back to the Triad Area

At Triad Kids Dental, we have a clearly stated mission. We believe all children deserve access to high quality dental care in a fun and upbeat environment, regardless of their family income. This mission is weaved throughout our business and guides decision-making daily.

This mission is more than a sign on the wall, it’s part of our pledge to step out of our practice and make connections in our community. We bring our mission to life in our community through our Caring4Community program.

Twice annually, our Caring4Community campaign offers nonprofit organizations and schools a chance to win money to support their programs as well as spread awareness of their mission and financial needs.

Our Caring4Community recipients have included Sparkle Cat Rescue, Smart Start of Davie County, Smart Start of Davidson County, Fair Grove Elementary, ABC of NC, Davie County Advocacy Center, and Foster Family Alliance. Since the development of this program in 2022, we’ve completed 5 Caring4Community campaigns giving a total of $40,000 in donations to local schools and nonprofits.

Beyond the Contest

But, this isn’t all. Caring4Community is more than this single campaign.

Caring4Community is the donations we make to schools and family organizations all year long, the families we sponsor over the holidays, the students that benefit from our mobile dentistry program, the toothbrushes and dental hygiene supplies we donate, the volunteerism of our doctors and team, the free and reduced-cost dentistry we provide, and so much more. It’s being a practice that cares for our community while caring for our patients.

Throughout each Caring4Community effort, big or small, our goal is to thread stronger relationships and create positive change in the communities we serve.

Charity Profile:

Focus: Helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families
Mission: ABC of NC is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based diagnostic, therapeutic and educational services to autistic people/people on the autism spectrum
Activities: Applied Behavioral Therapy, Parent & Professional Classes, Education Center, Counseling Services
The ABC of NC philosophy is to teach children basic skills by creating an environment that motivates them to communicate and play with their teachers and then to transfer these skills as soon as possible to peers, siblings and other adults in less restrictive settings
Awarded $5,000 for their 1st place finish in Caring4Community Spring 2024!

Extraordinary Efforts

Increasing Access to Dental Care

Each year, we provide preventative dental care to hundreds of children, many without insurance, at no cost. Since 2022, we’ve provided discounted dental care to the Doris Henderson Newcomers School in Greensboro, benefiting our recent immigrant and refugee community.

Local Partnerships

Our partnership with Kaleideum supports increased access to the benefits of the museum with our lower income communities, and our sponsorship of Guilford County Partnership for Children’s Back to School event provides school supplies to 200+ children each year.

In The Community

Countless community organizations, elementary classrooms, and early learning centers look to us to provide resources to their families and staff members, as well as providing fun opportunities for our youngest community members to learn about the basics of oral health.
